  | How Your Notarial Processing Works

You must complete your application/renewal information and send it to A.N.S. with one check for the appropriate amount or you may pay by credit card. These amounts will vary depending on items ordered.

When we receive your information we create your file and write your state required notary surety bond.

Within 5 working days you will receive your notary bond from us. You are responsible for reading and following the instructions that come with it. This needs to be done in a timely manner.

In about 4-6 weeks, the state will issue you the notary license to the address shown on your application/renewal form.

You must, by law, send or fax our office a copy of this license in order for us to manufacture your seal or stamp.
